Kari Norris is the Executive Vice President of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, bringing nearly two decades of dedication and leadership to the organization. Beginning her career as part-time front desk attendant back in January of 2007, while attending Missouri State University full time. Kari steadily advanced through the ranks, demonstrating a deep commitment to excellence and passion for recognizing sports history and giving back to the Ozarks community. Her journey from the front lines to the executive suite is a testament to her perseverance, expertise and ability to inspire the team. Today, Kari plays a pivotal role in shaping the companies success, overseeing key initiatives, fostering new development, and ensuring operational excellence. Kari is originally from Jefferson City, Missouri and attended Missouri State University. Outside of work shes a devoted wife and mother. Kari loves traveling, homemaking, hot yoga, movies and entertaining. Kari is married to her middle school sweetheart, Derek, and they welcomed their only child in January 2022.
