Teams sponsored by Randy Herrion and Great Southern Bank won their respective rounds in the Springfield Celebrity Golf Classic presented by Great Southern Bank on Sunday and Monday, respectively, at Highland Springs Country Club.
The event was a fundraiser for the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit.
Both rounds were played under sunny skies, although rains Monday morning led to the postponement of the 7:30 AM round. That round will be played, instead, at 10:30 AM on Monday, June 13 at Highland Springs Country Club. If teams cannot play then, they will be given a voucher, to be used on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of their choice in the remainder of the summer.
