Inductees

Bill came from Rhode Island to study journalism at the University of Missouri in the mid-1940’s.  He never went home, carving out an amazing career as Mizzou’s Sports Information Director (SID) from 1947-1986. He promoted an air of neutrality and integrity in the Missouri press box.

He was elected into the SID Hall of Fame in 1972, and co-authored the book “Ol’ Mizzou” with Missouri sports legend Bob Broeg.
