Hall of Fame to assist Christian County & Webster County Deputies Fund with Red, White & Birdies Golf

The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame will honor funds of the recent fallen deputies of the Christian County and Webster County Sheriffs Offices, through its upcoming Red, White & Birdies Charity Golf Tournament.

The event is set for Friday, July 17 at Rivercut Golf Course in Springfield, with the patriotic-themed event to help bring the community together. Proceeds will benefit the Christian County Deputies Family Fund, which provides support and assistance to the families of Christian County deputies who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. They also will benefit the Webster County Sheriff’s Fund, and the McCall Family Fund.

The event reflects the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame’s ongoing commitment to using sports and community events to support meaningful causes throughout southwest Missouri.

In addition to the efforts of the Hall of Fame, the event will also highlight the charitable mission of Price Cutter Cares presented by Hiland Dairy, a community-focused initiative dedicated to supporting local organizations and causes that make a difference across the Ozarks.

“Sports have a powerful way of bringing communities together,” said Rob Marsh, President & CEO of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame. “Through Red, White & Birdies, we want to honor the bravery and sacrifice of our local deputies while helping provide meaningful support to their families. This event is about community, gratitude, and standing behind those who serve and protect us. It’s also an opportunity to show how organizations like Price Cutter Cares presented by Hiland Dairy can bring people together to support causes that truly matter.”

The tournament will feature a full day of golf and community engagement, including player gift packages, breakfast and lunch, on-course contests, and special moments recognizing the service of local law enforcement. Community leaders, corporate partners, and supporters from across the region are expected to participate.

In addition to raising funds, the event aims to shine a light on the dedication of law enforcement officers and ensure that the families of fallen deputies know their community continues to stand with them.

Team registrations and sponsorship opportunities are currently available.
