The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame is offering free admission to all fathers, grandfathers and uncles who bring a child to the museum during Father’s Day weekend.
The Hall of Fame is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 1 p.m. Sunday. It is located at 3821 E. Stan Musial Drive in southeast Springfield, or about a mile east of the U.S. 60-65 interchange.
Regular admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors, $3 for seniors and $14 for a family pass. Check out bronze statues on Legends Walkway, throw footballs or shoot hoops inside, drive a NASCAR simulator car video game and stop by to see the Ozarks Area Racers Association monuments, which were placed last fall.
