A team sponsored by Heart of America Beverage Company, B&T Electric and Advantage Auction won the 20th Stan Musial Hall of Fame Championship presented by Landau Pontoons on Monday at Old Kinderhook Country Club.
The event was the most elite of the year for the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, which welcomed in celebrities and sponsors for a Sunday night steak-and-seafood dinner and auction as well as an 18-team golf tournament on Monday.
The winning team carded a 53 on the strength of former St. Louis standout athlete Rita Scott as well as Bob Horn, David Coutchie, Ryan Wheat and Neil Routh.
Placing second was Advertising Plus, which fired a 54 on a team featuring former Kansas City Chiefs kick returner Dante Hall as well as Marc Kiser, Mitchell Kiser, Dawn Milhfeld and Tim Blasi.
Jack Henry & Associates took third place, winning on a scorecard tiebreaker with a 56. The team featured former big-leaguer Jim Eisenreich as well as Kevin Williams, Jeff Rogler, Dustin Lee and Dan Swearingen.
