Congratulations to winners of Stan Musial Hall of Fame Championship

Erectors Plus

An Erectors Plus-sponsored team won the 18th annual Stan Musial Championship presented by Landau Pontoons on Monday at Old Kinderhook just west of Camdenton.

The event was a two-day fundraiser for the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and its most elite event, as only 18 teams enjoyed a steak-and-shrimp dinner and auction on Sunday night and then a round of golf Monday.

Erectors Plus carded a 56 and featured Chris Dake, Troy Underwood, Tom Underwood, Jason Underwood, David Coutchie and Jerry Holloway, a former National Football League tight end with the St. Louis Cardinals and Denver Broncos.

Jack Henry & Associates

A Jack Henry & Associates-sponsored team placed second with a 58 and featured Kevin Williams, Jeff Rogler, Dustin Lee, Dan Swearingen and former University of Missouri tight end Chase Coffman, a 2019 MSHOF inductee.

Federal Protection

Federal Protection placed third with a 58 on the strength of Chris Balla, Mike Dunbar, Troy Lutes, Allen Davis and Gus Otto, a former Mizzou standout who played for the NFL’s Oakland Raiders from 1965 to 1972 – including on their team that reached the Super Bowl in January 1968.
