Congratulations to winners of Springfield Celebrity Golf Classic presented by Great Southern Bank

Teams sponsored by Mercy, Jack Henry & Associates and Advertising Plus won the A Flights of their respective rounds Sunday and Monday, respectively, in the Springfield Celebrity Golf Classic presented by Great Southern Bank.

The event was a two-day fundraiser for the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, with the golf tournament hosted by Highland Springs Country Club.

Mercy won the Sunday round by firing a 57 thanks to David Globig, Aaron Carlson, Rick Seagraves and Ernest Green.

Monday morning’s A Flight was captured by Jack Henry, which featured former University of Missouri and St. Louis Football Cardinals standout Mel Gray along with Jeff Rogler, Dustin Edge, Adam Harris and Ben Tummons. The team carded a 56.

Monday’s afternoon A Flight was won by Tim Rinker, Dan Boever, Michael Vincent and Guy Steelman as Advertising Plus fired a 54.
