Bryan Major and Trevor Reger dominated the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame’s annual Sporting Clays Classic sponsored by Killian Construction and presented by Bass Pro Shops, and Ozark Shooters and KOLR 10 took home the top team hardware.
The event, held Friday at the Ozarks Shooters Complex in Walnut Shade, drew more than 200 shooters
Major hit 95 of 100 clays in the morning round, while Ozark Shooters – a team of Mike Rowland, John Russwurm, Alex Jackson and Greg Gauger – scored a 356 to win A Flight.
Meanwhile, Cronkite Homes won B Flight in the morning round as Mark Stevenson, John Marsh, Jeffrey Morrison and Quinn Murray scored a 268. The C Flight was won by Heart of America Beverage Company, which scored a 228 thanks to Chad Bryant, Ryan Wheat, Dave Teters and Brad Phillips.
In the afternoon round, Reger struck 92 of 100 clays.
KOLR 10 won the A Flight as Chip McGeehan (MSHOF 2020), Micha Gibbons, Brian Waterworth and Steve Butler scored a 292.
B Flight was won by the Rocky Levell Team, which fired a 245 and featured Levell, John Sherwood and Jonathan Lindsay. C Flight was won by Team Andrews, which carded a 180 thanks to Joy Smith, Ty Smith, Matt Lindsey and Byron Shive.
