A Jack Henry & Associates-sponsored team captured top honors in the morning round of the Lake of the Ozarks Celebrity Golf Classic presented by Missouri Eagle.
The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame event was held Monday at the Club at Porto Cima near Osage Beach. The afternoon was rained out after thunderstorms swept across the Lake of the Ozarks region in the early afternoon.
However, before the rains came, Advertising Plus owner Marc Kiser aced No. 3 on his first swing of the day, using a 9-iron on a 151-yard shot. It was his eighth hole in one of his career.

Jack Henry, which fired a 58, featured former University of Missouri and Oakland Raider Gus Otto as well as Kevin Williams, Darrin Newbold, Vance Sherard and Graham Sherard.
The B Flight winner was Great Southern Bank, which carded a 62 and featured MSHOF inductee Rita Scott. The team consisted of Ryan Storey, Chris Hanner, Levi Paterson and Mack Murray.

Winning C Flight was Dr Pepper featuring former big-league pitcher Scott Bailes, a MSHOF inductee. The team carded a 64 and consisted of Bruce Long, Brad Beattie and David Gibbs.

In on-course games, the Long Drive winners were Mark McBride (44-and-younger on No. 2), Shawn Doles (45 to 64 Division on No. 11) and Rita Scott (65 & older Division, on No. 18). Closest to the Pin on No. 14 was Ryan Jones.
