Winners announced in Lake of the Ozarks golf

OSAGE BEACH – Former big-leaguer Scott Bailes, a 2013 inductee into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, led the Price Cutter team to a co-victory in the Lake of the Ozarks Celebrity Golf Classic at the Club at Porto Cima.

Nearly 30 teams competed in the Hall’s April 13 event sponsored by Missouri Eagle and hosted on one of the state’s most beautiful courses, where some greens sit not far from a glass-like water canvas and boat docks.

Brad Beattie, Michael Vincent, Mike Craft and Bailes combined to shoot a 60, the same score that topped the A Flight. The Jack Henry 1 team of Brent Callaway, Dan Brandell, Tony Schliem and Jeff Rogler also shot a 60.
