Inductees

Willard, Mo., native Jason Pyrah is no stranger to Halls of Fame or track and field championships.  He is a five-time high school track All-American and a six-time Missouri track champion (800, 1,600, and 3,200 meters). He still holds two Missouri state records, and in 1987 ran the faster mile of ANY high school athlete in the nation. At Brigham Young University, Pyrah was a four-time NCAA cross country All-American. He represented the United States at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and the 2000 Sydney Olympics. In 2000, he was the USA Indoor Mile champion.  As a professional and amateur track star, he competed in 20 countries on six continents and ran a sub four-minute mile more than 30 times.
