Luke Snyder exploded onto the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) scene in 2000 as an 18-year-old, winning the PBR Rookie of the Year and World Finals Champion awards. From Raymore, Missouri, “Cool Hand” Luke has been in the Guinness Book of World Records twice – one for the most money won in the PBR as a rookie, and once for his incredible streak of 275 consecutive major PBR events. That’s 10 years of not missing an event in a sport where injuries are common and expected.  Snyder made three qualifying rides at 2011’s ‘Last Cowboy Standing’ event in Las Vegas. By winning this inaugural PBR pay-per-view event, Snyder earned $216,500, the largest single-day payout in PBR history.  He retired at the end of the 2013 season.
