Randy Biggerstaff began his athletic training career in 1973, when he became the District Athletic Trainer for the Granite City Community Unit School District after graduating from the University of Missouri. He has also served as trainer for the St. Louis Hummers women’s professional softball team, the University of Missouri football team at the Fiesta Bowl in 1972 and as Medical Coordinator/Trainer at the first annual Show-Me Bowl at Busch Memorial Stadium in St. Louis.

He entered the private sports medicine field whenn he opened the first Sports Medicine Clinic of the Midwest in St. Louis in July of 1979. Since that time, he opened sports medicine practices in Festus, MO, Des Moines, IA, St. Luke’s Hosptial in St. Louis, Fairview Heights, IL and Arnold, MO.
